This has been your introduction – 30 days is a beginning – to a new habit – a new set of practices – and a new way of thinking about the importance of what lives within you and what you nurture – that becomes the outer aspects of your lived reality.

Build your inner ashram – a sacred (inner) dwelling space that you cultivate through meditation, prayer, spiritual and religious practices all of which nourish you.
Some of these practices could be time alone in self-reflection and inner contemplation, exploring your feelings through writing, seeking to learn and discover more about yourself through careful observing and in greater self-awareness – allowing for more presence and being – and to be guided the natural outpouring of what moves and inspires you.
Think of this as a retreat of devotion of cognitive, emotional, physical psychological and spiritual sustenance – of journeying deeper into who and what you are so that you may live the outer moments of life more deliberately and in the presence of what you are discovering and in practicing the resounding truth of inner peace, harmony, faith, divine love and the foundational consciousness of sacred practices fueled in the abundance of life’s true authority.

~ The power of communication with love is eternal. ~
💜
When have you truly felt as though someone understood you completely?
For whatever your earlier life experiences have been, know that it is most important for you to first ignite yourself in the experience of your own voice. This happens when you find solace in the moments in which to live in your own presence.
Its when we bring to light our own needs and how we will care for our needs our self that we begin to feel a connection within.
When we feel a need to be heard and understood it can come from a place of not having our needs and desires met. It can be a lack of emotional support or a physical absence of a parent or caregiver or a busy and full household in which our needs and experiences were not validated or deemed important.
When you seek to be heard and understood it is both a natural experience of being in a relationship and it is also driven by a sense of feeling this.
When you look to feel heard and understood in your relationships especially your love relationship, it is a matter of practice the same.
How well are you at listening to your partner – of holding space – of not being reactive rather patient? ~ Listening, present, nonjudgmental.
How well can you rephrase in your own words the messages that you have just heard?
How able are you to practice listening and understanding as you are modelling this behavior to them to practice?
Listen without needing to comment. Listen whilst being present and attentive. Open yourself to what you are learning in pure listening and how you communicate with your heart – that you understand your partner’s words and their needs.
Can you practice in the knowing that your partner will learn the same skills that you hold and you can ask for this with kindness and love in return when you practice it whole heartedly.

Indeed one of the most pressing items when I work with couples is to improve communication.
Communication is the culmination of all things. We communicate as the simple and also blessed ways in which we may live in the entirety of our true nature. For all of the ways that we can share of our intimate portrayal of self, communication through spoken and written word and through the miracles of our heart.
In kind actions, unspoken gestures, seeing the other as they are – in the fullness of their complete self as whole and perfect.
We communicate through the everlasting covenant of our heart in great measure – all for the certitude of the divine – all for the greatest measures of life itself – all for the welcomed self -eternal.
Communication is an act of kindness and love. If you remember this then it is going to change the way that you think and speak and listen to your partner and to all others.

In order to rebirth yourself, you need to be able to let go of the patterned conditioning of the mind.
Like a true rebirth it is about cleansing, releasing, stepping forward and out of what has kept you hostage.
Your first step of rebirth here is to be aware – be aware of the inner dialogue, how you step into drama situations and the drama of others when really you are looking for peace, calm, equanimity, love and to live your life on a path that is truly best for you.
Persistent trauma related intrusive thoughts are common in individuals with post traumatic stress disorder.
Reoccurring drama scenarios can trigger past experiences of trauma and cause anxiety, depression, fear and other debilitating feelings.
As you learn to recognize your learned patterns of reacting to drama, you can begin to adopt new healthy reactions to situations that are beyond your control.
