What we may look for in a spiritual practice is its ability to cultivate inner peace or love or to cherish the moments of pure awakening in what we experience as what it means to live awake and present.
One of the most beautiful expressions of a spiritual practice is its ability to nurture the divine ~ the experience of being a oneness with something much larger than your physical self.
What are you hoping for in building a spiritual practice? What is one of your spiritual practices?
Here I share three ways in which you may best cultivate a spiritual practice.
