Living abundant is living life to the fullest. It is about honoring the life you have built and continue to build for yourself. For this is how you reveal all of life’s bounty and goodness that exists in the present and all that is possible for you.

In order to rebirth yourself, you need to be able to let go of the patterned conditioning of the mind.
Like a true rebirth it is about cleansing, releasing, stepping forward and out of what has kept you hostage.
Your first step of rebirth here is to be aware – be aware of the inner dialogue, how you step into drama situations and the drama of others when really you are looking for peace, calm, equanimity, love and to live your life on a path that is truly best for you.
Persistent trauma related intrusive thoughts are common in individuals with post traumatic stress disorder.
Reoccurring drama scenarios can trigger past experiences of trauma and cause anxiety, depression, fear and other debilitating feelings.
As you learn to recognize your learned patterns of reacting to drama, you can begin to adopt new healthy reactions to situations that are beyond your control.

What are the sacred moments you live?
Sacred defined as highly valued and important, special, worthy of reverence and respect, most beautiful in the eyes of the beholder, of a spiritual nature, in love and grace, all towards the sojourn of living awake and aware.
Sacred implies that there is something indeed special and meaningful in the moments that you create through awareness and attention ~ and with an open heart – in the possibilities of the moments before you and in noticing, holding presence to the experiences unfolding.
Sacred is to bring an attention of meaning to the everyday.
It can be an auspicious ceremony in a temple in a faraway country that you have gathered in witness of – and it can also be the way in which you experience the first part of your day in the quiet, solitude of peace, of serenity – of an open heart, of prayer, of meditation, of beingness - all towards living a more meaningful and spiritual life – a peaceful life.

A Sanskrit word that describes -the need for living without attachments- does not mean that we cannot value and appreciate all of the luxuries we have.
The moral discipline of Aparigraha ~ is to not be entrenched in a dependency to objects, conditions and other people to the point in which we lose ourselves.
In this episode of ‘ask dorothy’ I share a real-life client story (and a little of my own) that speaks to the beautiful nature of the human spirit when we can offer kindness and care to others in the words we speak, in sharing of our chainsaws to help clean up fallen trees and other examples of the actions that convey our oneness.
In this episode, we see how my client Olivia* chose to face the negativity and criticism among some of her colleagues with a teaching of impermanence and connection, and by practicing the presence of 'oneness'.

Love the being – the true beautiful essence of someone – their pure self, their unconditional, unlimited self – their pure loving self ~ even when they are not able to be this in so many other moments.
Unconditional love is love that embodies loving kindness. It is nonjudgmental and it is carefully accurate.
Unconditional love as a spiritual practice is self-affirming, self-liberating, self-loving. It says, “I can love you as you are and I can choose how I need to feel safe and protected because your behaviour is not kind nor loving, nor respectful.”
