The true wisdom of goodness and of godliness lives within us.
When we believe that our power lies beyond us we can feel hopeless and detached.
When we dismiss our true power - relinquishing it to another person or an external deity or god we are left powerless.
The notion of surrender is to feel a deepening of trust and faith in yourself ~ in your 'god source' ~ rather than in something outside of you.
Surrender in it’s truest form is to hold faith in one’s highest self.
Surrendering is freeing yourself of your ego condition and the suffering that this condition causes ~ (e.g. anxiety, sadness, confusion, loss of judgment, condemnation, victimhood.
True surrender is to let go of the ego – to live from the heart ~ and to make your decisions from this place of goodness & faith.
Trust in the value of honour and dignity to lead all of your decisions along a path of truth.
When you look within, when you make this inner dwelling focus a practice and a guiding force of how you choose to live your life, the undeniable acts of love and kindness and compassion that are the true sources of ultimate freedom ~ will light your way to wisdom.
Trust in your inner wisdom and you will realize the power you hold.
