This month the journey is sacred devotion.

 

Devotion: is love, loyalty, enthusiasm for a person, an activity and a cause.

 

How you practice sacred devotion this month and beyond will be up to you. I am encouraging that inclusive of the beliefs you hold in religion and spirituality that you devote this month to an inner journey.

 

Build your inner ashram – a sacred (inner) dwelling space that you cultivate through meditation, prayer, spiritual and religious practices all of which nourish you.

Some of these practices could be time alone in self-reflection and inner contemplation, exploring your feelings through writing, seeking to learn and discover more about yourself through careful observing and in greater self-awareness – allowing for more presence and being – and to be guided the natural outpouring of what moves and inspires you.

 

 

Think of this as a retreat of devotion of cognitive, emotional, physical psychological and spiritual sustenance – of journeying deeper into who and what you are so that you may live the outer moments of life more deliberately and in the presence of what you are discovering and in practicing the resounding truth of inner peace, harmony, faith, divine love and the foundational consciousness of sacred practices fueled in the abundance of life’s true authority.
